Central Amherst is a family-oriented league that relies on the dedication and support of our parents and families.
NEW TO T-BALL?
T-ball is a fun way to introduce kids to baseball. The experience is about having fun and learning the game. Families can expect one or two practices in May at the start of the season. Once the season starts in May, families can expect one weekday game and one Saturday game (Sat games are early morning through 2pm). Games are 3 innings long and last about an hour. The first few games are considered "clinics" and are an interactive practice/scrimmage. Players can expect to rotate to all positions around the field and each player bats once each inning. Players need a bat, helmet and glove.

The Challenger League plays games on Sundays (from May through July) at the Central Amherst complex fields .
SOFTBALL
Central Amherst Little League does not sponsor a Little League softball program. Amherst does offer excellent, chartered Little League softball programs and we recommend that families interested in softball consider
